Sanjiv Bajaj

Sanjiv Bajaj, Chairman and Managing Director of Bajaj Finserv, is recognised as one of Asia’s Most Influential Leaders 2026 in the SpeakIn Power List™. He leads the holding company for the Bajaj Group’s financial services businesses.

With degrees from the University of Pune, the University of Warwick and Harvard Business School, he began his career at Bajaj Auto in 1994. After the 2007 demerger, he became Managing Director of Bajaj Finserv. He also chairs several Bajaj group companies. He served as President of the Confederation of Indian Industry in 2022-23 and chairs the India@100 Foundation. His inclusion in the Power List recognises his contribution to India’s financial services industry.
