Manish Gupta

Manish Gupta leads Dell Technologies' business in India, overseeing strategic growth initiatives and sales operations across the country. He took charge of the role in June 2025, succeeding Alok Ohrie, and reports to Peter Marrs, President of Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China at Dell Technologies.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT sector, including more than a decade at Dell Technologies in leadership roles, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and market understanding to the role. Before stepping into this position, he led global alliances, channel engagement, and strategy development for Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China. He also served as vice president and general manager for the Infrastructure Solutions Group in India, where he contributed significantly to the company's growth. His career began at IBM in 2000, with a stint at Lenovo as general manager for products in the enterprise business before returning to IBM and eventually joining Dell in 2014.
