Rajat Dhawan

Rajat Dhawan leads McKinsey's India practice, home to one of the firm's largest pools of consulting talent across its offices and global capability centers. Under his leadership, McKinsey continues to serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards on performance transformation, corporate strategy, and organizational effectiveness. He brings a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades at the firm since 1997, having worked across sectors from automotive and advanced electronics to pharmaceuticals and oil & gas, and having founded several functional Centers of Competence in India, including the Digital Capability Center. In 2024, IIT Kanpur conferred on him the Distinguished Alumnus Award for his contributions to innovation-led growth. His vision continues to shape how enterprises across India approach transformation and sustainable growth.
