  • Innovative HR Practices: Candidates should have demonstrated innovative approaches and initiatives in human resources management that have positively impacted organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall business performance.
  • Leadership and Vision: We seek individuals who have displayed exceptional leadership and vision in driving HR strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and inspiring others to achieve their full potential.
  • Impactful Contributions: Nominees should have made significant contributions to the field of HR, whether through thought leadership, research, publications, or other forms of professional engagement. Their work should have contributed to advancing the HR profession and shaping the future of work in Asia
  • Commitment to Learning and Development: We value individuals who prioritize employee learning, development, and growth, and have implemented innovative programs and initiatives to support continuous learning and skill development within their organizations
  • Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Candidates should have demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace, promoting equal opportunities, and creating an inclusive culture where every individual feels valued and respected. This includes consideration of the scale and variation of impact, judged by the size and heterogeneity of their company
